The Base-attached Air Pump can be placed on a Seabase to pump oxygen through Pipes without having to place Pipes at/from the water surface.The Pipe will be shown at the end of the first Pipe. You should be able to type into the console 'ency baseroom' without the quotes and itll unlock the blueprint. Assign a Pipe to an Equip slot and equip. I found a command to type into the console to unlock it for me.Not sure if we are bugged or completely missing something. We also went to the deep jelly area and tried to scan that room as well, but cant. We went to the island and scanned lots of things, but the buried multipurpose room we cant scan.
